I took my open water divers course last year and had a couple of panic attacks and felt a lot of anxiety, But after listening to your scuba diving breathing CD, I took my advanced diving course including the deep dive this week and passed, Obviously I did feel a little bit nervous, but not anxious and no panic attacks, Thank you.
