I received your CD today and tried it with 2 children this evening.
I am delighted with the results they have not been to sleep before 10-11 pm for weeks now. I am so glad to tell you that my 4 yr old son was sleeping within 20 minutes, I then played it again for my 8 year old daughter and she was sleeping by the end of it! I am now enjoying the first peaceful evening for ages, Thank you.

The CD is brilliant. It sends my daughter to sleep only after half way though the cd. My son who is 5 also wanted to listen to it one night, and so he did'nt feel left out, I let him listen to it, he sleeps quite well, with only a bit of tossing and turning usually, after only a minute of listening to the cd, he was out like a light. It's the deepest sleep he's ever had, he even snored!!
I nearly fell asleep listening to it. The cd has great subject matter on it too, stuff that kids can connect with, very clever. On the whole, the cd is a great success Maria (off ebay)

Just a few lines of thanks for the wonderful Cd "The Farm" it has worked wonders for my young daughter.She has always found it so hard to get over to sleep as she is quite and anxious child but the CD has really helped relax her. I have recommended it to several of my friends with young children with sleep problems...it certainly brings a sense of calmness into the bedroom in the evenings. Thank you again !

Thank you for sending the c.d so quickly. It was actually for my 4 1/2 year old grand daughter. Her granny has recently died and she has been having trouble getting to sleep. My daughter was at the end of her tether.
So I thought you might be interested to know your c.d. was successful. Within 10 minutes of going to bed she was fast asleep, still in the same position, absolutely out for the count.
Long may it continue.

The CD begins with simple spoken relaxation exercises set to calming background music.
This is followed by the relaxing story of a farm with sound effects.
The child is helped to use their imagination by picturing the scene, to imagine he/she is actually there.
The CD ends with the background noises of the country while the child is guided to use their imagination to help them drift them off to sleep. It has been very effective, not many children reach the end of the CD.
